At RTL Publishing Company LLC, we are committed to providing quality books, digital products, publishing services, and related products to our customers and authors. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Ebooks
Due to the digital nature of ebooks, downloadable materials, digital publications, and other electronic products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased or delivered.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.
Printed Books
Printed books may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The book arrives damaged.
- The incorrect book was shipped.
- The book contains a verified manufacturing or printing defect.
Customers must contact RTL Publishing Company LLC within 14 days of delivery to report an eligible problem.
Photographs of the damaged, incorrect, or defective item may be required before a replacement or refund is approved.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for books because a customer changed their mind after purchase.
Personalized or Custom Products
Books or products that have been signed, personalized, customized, specially printed, or otherwise created specifically for the customer are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Publishing & Author Services
Payments made for publishing, editing, formatting, cover design, consulting, website design, manuscript preparation, marketing, or other professional services are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement or contract.
Once work has begun, payments for work already performed are non-refundable.
Deposits and other payments designated as non-refundable in a signed agreement remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a project is canceled before completion, any refund that may be available will be determined according to the applicable signed agreement, the services already performed, and any non-refundable costs already incurred on behalf of the client.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or replacement is necessary because of an error by RTL Publishing Company LLC or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Customers should not return a product without first contacting RTL Publishing Company LLC and receiving return instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production, been fulfilled, shipped, downloaded, or otherwise delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.
